What if there was such a thing as “destiny”? How do we know when we’re destined to be with a specific someone? Would we feel it automatically in hearts? Would there be some sort of GPS signal indicating we have reached the right person? Maybe they’ve always been in our lives, maybe it’s a stranger on the other side of the world. But how would we know?
Some may say, if it’s meant to be, it will happen, you’ll find each other. But there are billions of people on earth, most of them end up being with the guy from their town or country. So does this mean destiny is culturally related? Or is it because most of these people never even came to meet who they’re really supposed to be with?
So what about those who find love in the most unexpected way and the most unimaginable meet ups? When it seemed the odds were against them, but somehow, it happened. It’s like watching a movie and you see two completely different people who are unlikely to even cross paths. But it’s irrevocable because it’s meant to be. Are they the small percentage of people fortunate enough to encounter their other half?
Wouldn’t it be better to have just one person to fall in love with? Where both of you know that you two were made for each other? Imagine that. There’d be no heartaches and moving on from past relationships. There’d just be that one person. Maybe there’d be conflicts, sure, but you’re two different pieces that fit together perfectly, every fight could be resolved.
If there was someone who was made for me, our hearts would beat in sync and our rhythm would be a beautiful masterpiece.
